Fort Lauderdale requires all 40‑ and 50‑Year Recertification reports to be submitted online via the LauderBuild portal. Paper copies are not accepted.

Sign In to LauderBuild

Create or log in to your account at the LauderBuild portal. Registration is required for submission.

Start a New Submission

Navigate to Permitting Services → Permits → Building Safety Inspection Program (BSIP) to set up your recertification packet.

Upload Documents

Upload each PDF document in the appropriate category within LauderBuild. Ensure all are signed and sealed before submitting.

Submit & Pay Fees

After uploading, submit the packet. LauderBuild will provide instructions for paying the required administrative review fee online.

Track Submission

Monitor your submission status in the LauderBuild portal. Respond promptly to any requests for revisions or additional documentation.

Final Approval

Once approved and fees are paid, save or print confirmation receipts for your records.

Only digital submissions through LauderBuild are accepted. Make sure all reports are signed/sealed and submitted by the deadline to avoid fines or violations.
