Davie Recertification Submission

Davie requires all 40‑ and 50‑Year Recertification reports (Building Safety Inspection Program) to be submitted electronically. Paper copies are not accepted.

Important: All reports must be signed and sealed by a Florida‑licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect before submission.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

Complete Application

Fill out the Town of Davie “Building Safety Inspection Program” application and any required forms before submission.

Submit via eSuite / OAS Portal

Submit your completed application through the Town of Davie Go to Davie eSuite / OAS Portal. This starts the electronic process and triggers your ProjectDox upload invitation.

Wait for ProjectDox Email

After the Town reviews your application, you will receive an email with a ProjectDox link and instructions to upload signed reports. Each ProjectDox link is specific to your submission.

Upload Documents

Once you have your ProjectDox link, upload each PDF separately:
• Application
• Structural Inspection Report
• Electrical Inspection Report
• Any additional supporting documents

Pay Fees

Pay the administrative review fee through ProjectDox after uploading the documents.

Monitor Submission

Track your submission status within ProjectDox and respond promptly to any requests for additional documents or corrections.

Keep Records

Save or print approval confirmation and fee receipts for your records as proof of compliance with the Building Safety Inspection Program.
