Coral Springs Recertification Submission

Coral Springs requires all 40- and 50-Year Recertification reports to be submitted electronically using the city's online permitting system via the eTRAKiT portal. Paper copies are no longer accepted.

Important: All documents must be signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Create or Log In

Go to the eTRAKiT portal and either log in or create a new account. Registration is required to submit permits and upload documents.

Prepare Required Documents

Have the following PDFs ready:
• Building Safety Inspection Submittal Form (Download PDF)
• Structural Inspection Report
• Electrical Inspection Report
• Photos or other attachments

Complete Forms

Fill out the Coral Springs Building Safety Inspection Submittal Form and Broward County inspection forms completely before uploading.

Upload Each Document

Upload each file separately into the correct category in eTRAKiT (e.g., Submittal Form, Structural Report, Electrical Report, Photos). Make sure all files are clearly named.

Pay Fees Online

Pay any applicable administrative review fees through the portal before or during the upload process.

Monitor Submission

Check your submission status in eTRAKiT and respond promptly to any requests for additional documents or corrections.

Keep Records

Once approved and fees are paid, save or print confirmation and fee receipts for your records.
